BESCHREIBUNG
LuckiBot Pro is the larger, higher-capacity version of OrionStar Robotics' LuckiBot delivery robot. It stands 1,375 mm tall on a 558 x 525 mm base, weighs 59 kg, and can be configured with three or four trays measuring 500 x 420 mm. Each tray takes up to 15 kg and the robot up to 60 kg in total - half again the original LuckiBot's load. Navigation is built on visual SLAM with 240-degree 3D obstacle recognition, and OrionStar claims a 92 percent improvement in viewable area over the previous generation, which matters in a dining room where the floor is full of chair legs and bags. Torsion-bar suspension keeps the trays level over thresholds and uneven floors - the practical failure mode for a robot carrying open plates. Smart dish detection lets it tell whether a tray has been unloaded before it moves on. A 14-inch 1080 full-HD display carries the face and any customer-facing content, and a six-microphone array gives 97 percent voice-recognition accuracy in a noisy room. Cruising speed is adjustable from 0.5 to 1.2 m/s, a charge lasts about 12 hours in a typical shift and takes 4.5 hours to replace powered off, through either an automatic charging dock or a cable. The design is modular for customisation and it is built on Android with SDK support, so integrators can build their own applications on it.
