BESCHREIBUNG

HB3 is HausBots' patent-pending heavy-duty climbing crawler, designed for the heaviest inspection and maintenance missions. It presses more than 100 kg of reaction force against the surface and carries payloads of up to 25 kg on concrete, brick, stainless steel and other complex surfaces. Like HB2 it uses AEROGRIP, HausBots' hybrid suction-and-airflow downforce system, here generating around 1000 N of force, which works on rough and smooth, ferrous and non-ferrous surfaces. HB3 is a platform that takes the sensors customers already use: cameras for visual inspection, GPR, half-cell potential and ultrasonic tomography for concrete, automated ultrasonic corrosion mapping and surface eddy current for metals and composites, and custom integrations for heavy or unusual payloads.
