TM20S

説明

The TM20S is the heavy-payload model in the middle of Techman Robot's TM AI Cobot S Series: a six-axis collaborative robot rated for 20 kg over a 1,300 mm reach, on an arm weighing only 33 kg. Repeatability is plus or minus 0.03 mm and the arm is rated IP65. Vision is built into the arm rather than bolted on: an integrated camera feeds an AI stack that does object detection, semantic segmentation and anomaly detection, so the robot can locate parts, separate them from the background and spot defects without a separate vision controller. The S Series raised sixth-axis speed from 225 to 450 degrees per second, which Techman says cuts cycle time by 25 percent, and improved repeatability accuracy by 70 percent. Techman rates the S Series for up to 31 safety functions certified by TUV, meeting ISO 10218-1 and ISO 13849-1 to PL d, Category 3, with SGS certification for UL and CSA in North America and CE compliance for Europe. Programming is through TMflow 2, which pairs a flowchart-style graphical editor with a Script Node for hand-written code, and TMcraft lets integrators build their own interface screens. A Robot Stick with a three-position enabling switch handles hand guiding, with an optional TM Screen attachment for on-arm control. Techman lists material handling, assembly, inspection, machine tending, finishing and dispensing as its applications, across automotive, electronics, food and beverage, and logistics.
