説明

The W10 is a small pipe-welding carriage rather than a welding arm - a 10 kg tractor that rides the pipe and carries the torch around it, which is how girth welds on large-bore pipe get done without a positioner. It measures 230 x 297 x 171 mm and runs on 24 V DC at 300 W. It suits pipe of 130 mm diameter and above, with wall thickness from 4 to 50 mm, and welds at 10 to 600 mm/min - a range wide enough to cover both thin-wall root passes and slow fill passes on heavy sections. It sits in Shihe's range as the joining counterpart to the surface-treatment machines: the same customers maintaining tanks, pipework and steel structures need welds laid as well as coatings stripped.
